Fans of Shatta Wale, claim that Antoine Mensah, Live FM’s presenter hates the ‘kakai’ hitmaker but Antoine has refused this and say that he doesn’t hate Shatta Wale.
On Thursday Afternoon, He took to his Facebook Wall to eliminate any confusion about his alleged hatred for Wale when he shared his contemplations about the ‘Hol it’ music artist performing tonight at the Glo CAF Awards.
Antoine Mensah said it is necessary for me to clear all the confusion created by mistake of my opinion on Shatta Wale being affirmed to perform tonight at the Glo CAF AWARDS.
The expressions I made were just due to excitement and surprise. Nothing else likes hatred, scorn or any type of negativity in my opinion.
I proceeded to clarify why I was shocked that they called him rather than any other artistes including GLO reps and it will intrigue you to realize that even he as an artiste expressed shock at being called to represent as the main artiste from Ghana.
It’s like very humorous that how the web journals just forgot my statements about my most favorite Shatta Wale song and my positive assertion at listening to the news about what song he was going to perform (Reality) and I am very excited about his new performance.
I have only thankfulness for Shatta and his exceptional place in our industry. I wish him only the good luck for tonight and anticipate that he will make his patrons proud.
For the individuals who tuned in thank you. There’s no type of contempt or cynicism in me for any Ghanaian artiste at all.
Our industry really doesn’t have a space or time for that. His songs are more than played and pushed on the station I speak to and on my show so far as that is concerned. Always stay favored, blessed and stay positive.
