Today was the hearing of Kwaw kese case in the court, and the case has adjourned to February 5.
The public prosecutor said to the court that he did not able to bring his witness; on that note I need more time.
On the other hand, a lawyer on Kwaw kese pleaded that this case should be adjourned because his Clint is not healthy, he needs more time to recover his health.
Emmanuel Botchway mostly known as Kwaw Kese in the music industry, had arrested in the case of illegally drinking weed called Indian hemp publicly, in Nhyiaeso, Kumasi region on 22 November 2014.
Kwaw kese was swinging between jail and hospital, after he got arrested and left in police custody. While his lawyers tried to take his bail from the court and somehow judge granted him bail because of his serious health conditions.
