An Accra Circuit Court has deferred the case, involving rapper Wisa to 25th of January after a hearing Wednesday morning.
The case was deferred after the State neglected to present a witness amid the hearing Wednesday morning.
The rapper, born Eugene Ashie, Wisa did the incomprehensible while performing at the current year’s Decemba 2 Rememba show composed by Accra-based FM on Christmas eve (24th of December).
Halfway through his performance in front of an audience, the performer while squirming his waist behind a curvaceous woman drew down his white boxer shorts which were at that point appearing in his droopy pants and hauled out his manhood, rubbing it behind the woman.
Wisa had personally, and as well as his management in an announcement, apologized to Ghanaians for his conduct.
He told the media in a meeting after he was accused of disgusting exposure that, I put every one of the faults on me and I acknowledge it, I consent to it… I’m prepared to confront the law.
Inquisitively, the rapper argued not guilty to the charge of gross obscene exposure when he showed up under the watchful eye of an Accra Circuit Court.
In court, his counsel Jerry Avenorgbor contended that what the artist did was for the “beauty of entertainment” however individuals did not get the float. He recommended later in a meeting that the manhood he showed was a fake.
