According to Slip Music boss, Mark Okraku-Mantey, Shatta Wale is being inconsistent with his own decisions. He was making an accommodation on Daybreak Hitz in regards to Shatta Wale’s decision to be a piece of the current year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) after he boycotted it a year ago.
Mark Okraku-Mantey told media host that my little challenge with Shatta Wale is that, he is building a really bad brand for himself. Furthermore, the brand is irregularity. Today he is saying this and the following day he’s saying something else, the next day he is stating this. At the point when individuals are not stable, dealing with them gets to be troublesome. He’s placing everyone in an intense circumstance.
Shatta Wale has taken his words back concerning his stands on the yearly Ghana Music Awards. He prior decided to boycott with Ghana Music Awards 2016 and all its related activities with the organizers of the awards, Charterhouse, took dancehall artiste to court on charges of defamation and for posting four recordings on social media.
On Wednesday, The artist and his team submitted their songs for consideration for the yearly edition of the Ghana Music Awards. According to him, he did all this due to his fans, because his fans are his real strength.
