There are various Ghanaian bloggers or entertainment journalists who think driving Ghanaian rapper Michael Owusu Addo generally known as Sarkodie’s vicinity won’t be felt in 2016 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).
Sarkodie in the year under survey from first January to 31st of December, 2015 didn’t have any well known song for him to be qualified to be a part of the seventeenth Edition of Vodafone Ghana Music Awards yet one can unquestionably say that his endeavors were higher than a few artists who had mainstream songs.
Independent of not having a well known song, his joint effort with Ofori Amponsah-Alewa, Pappy Kojo-Aye Late, Wisa-Ekikimi and numerous others are qualified to be assigned. Other than the cooperation, Sarkodie released the Mary collection, which additionally qualifies him to be a part of the collection of the year including any of the songs he highlighted on.
Considering the shows he played and the group of onlookers request, he got in the year under audit, it qualifies him to be a part of the artist of the year category. So in any event Sarkodie will get more than three nominations making him applicable in the current year’s Vodafone Ghana music awards (VGMA).
