Nana Oye Lithur receives 1000 books from Guru
The award-winning hit maker, Ghanaian musician Guru, donated 1000 books as a part of his project “Education for all” at a social get-together organized by The Ministry of Social, Children and Gender Protection in the central region at Moree.
The colossal social gathering which includes students, instructors, school managers, the town elders and government authorities present, was led by the worthy Minister, Ghanaian barrister and politician, Nana Oye Lithur, who got the books for the benefit of the children.
The Ghanaian Minister was very impressed with the donation of books made by Guru had this to say that Thank you so much, Guru for the donation of 1000 books for all the kids of Moree, for the great motivation. I’m certain you went to class, you sat in class, you listened to your instructors and you know the significance of education. This is the first ever in the historical backdrop of Ghana that we have an Artiste like Guru, a Music artist giving 1000 books. Nyame nhyira wo (God favor you).
Project of Guru, ‘Education for all’ is a part of his social obligation undertaking is to support government and to reduce the money related burden on stationery on guardians.
