At last KKD gets bail
Kwesi Kyei Darkwa KKD gets bail from human rights court which is Accra.
KKD was arrested by police due to having sex with a nineteen year old girl in hotel. Police said that he was doing rape but KKD and his lawyers say that he was having consensual sex with the nineteen years old girl.
KKD was sent to court of Human Rights and after many hearings, he is now able to get his bail. His lawyers still say that he was having consensual sex.
KKD gets bail but with two sureties. The amount of his bail is about 20,000 GHC. Though he is famous among the youth and the judge granted him bail after a long time hearing.
KKD said that he was having consensual sex but he was arrested in rape case. After that KKD and his lawyers tried to get bail and before that Magistrate court denied his bail but he gets bail from the court of Human Rights.
On the other hand the girl who blamed KKD for the case withdraws her chargers. He also published a statement that he did wrong in fact he sinned and he prayed to God for his forgiveness and for causing disturbance to the young girl.
