Kwaku Manu, Ghanaian Kumawood Actor said that the annual Kumawood Akoben Film Festival (KAAF) and Awards is just a big waste of money, time and resources as per his observance.
The comic actor with Big Shark in an interview, on News Channel expressed that he has paid attention to the guidance from his own conscious to not involve himself in the KAAF awards nominations.
According to Kumawood Actor, these awards are just vacant and pointless. They are not for the appreciation of talent.
He argued that the whole KAAF awards scheme is a waste of assets and time and these can never be contrasted to any other international awards.
Outraged Kwaku Manu told Big Shark, who totally denied appearing at the event ground that it will be very unfair for the organizers of awards event to give five awards to one individual at once.
He communicated his disappointment in the organizers for constantly indicating gross disrespectful to artists.
Kwaku Manu asked the CEO of the awards, Samdackus to quit using these awards to praise his impulses and eccentricities. “On the off chance that Sammy neglects to quit using the awards to eulogize his associates, the awards will keep on just being a waste” he included.
He expressed that award events are not organized in Ghana but rather “medals” are given to a crony, which is based on the interest of the organizers.
The Kwaku Manu forewarned that they should improve on their organization or at least stop wasting the time and resources of people on these unimportant medals and plaques.
