John Sundahl, past love interest to Britney Spears and the man who helped her with her public fight with alcohol addiction, has been killed in Afghanistan by Talibans.
Sundahl, 44 years old, was apparently working as a private worker to shuttle officials across the war-plagued country by helicopter, when Taliban fighters positioned his flight after it had left the capital city of Kabul.
Britney Spears 1st met John Sundahl, a former real estate agent, in 2007 at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in Los Angeles, CA. The two swiftly became close, and the artist has even indorsed him with helping her overcome her drinking problems.
The pair was seemingly involved at one point in their relationship; however a representative for Spears rejected the false statement about her at the time.
Sundahl once spoke openly about Spears very public battle with habit. He said that if she falls off the wagon, he doesn’t think that she’ll live. If she doesn’t want to get serious for herself, do it for your kids.”
She strictly wants to stop the drinking habit, and she wants to change her life in another direction. She doesn’t get drunk every night and faint.
Karl, Sundahl’s brother, spoke on the occasion of his Los Angeles home, revealing officials get inside knowledge of Sundahl family that the Taliban was responsible for the man’s death. “It’s heartbreaking,” he said. “John went there to try to repair the country. He was trying to help people; he would often say that the country was in chaos.”
A source close to Spears also told the publication that the singer is shattered. “Britney believed he was a lovely man.”
