Abraham Attah is one of the celebrities who joined the 88th Oscars’ stage as first-time award presenters.
When he showed up on the red carpet, he told E! Entertainment’s Ryan Seacrest that he was not feeling nervous to be on the grand stage.
“Yeah, it’s pretty crazy because I didn’t imagine that this is how huge it is going to be at the Oscars and this is my first time too. No I am not nervous …the first time I came to Hollywood I got nervous but now I’m not,” he said.
He also talked to Ryan about how he was discovered by the producers of Beats of No Nation while he was playing football with his friends.
As stated by him, when they first came in contact with him, he thought it was for football but later he realized it was for a movie role.
The young actor told the Toms Shoes brand that he wore at the Academy Awards were specifically prepared for him.
The company, he announced will also be donating 10,000 pairs of shoes on the actor’s behalf to needy children in his homeland Ghana.
