News hit the internet yesterday evening that Jamaican celebrated star Alkaline said he does not know any Ghanaian dancehall musician.
Dancehall fans were astonished with this news because Shatta Wale had said he personally invited the Fleek hit maker to join the Pulse Concert train.
In a statement, organizers of the concert announced that the SM Boss’ team met Alkaline at the airport and took him to his hotel.
“If you missed Alkaline’s Interview yesterday, take it from us: He never said anywhere that he doesn’t know Shatta Wale.”
Shatta Wale’s team went to the airport on Wednesday morning to pick Alkaline and his team to his hotel. So he it can’t be possible that he said he doesn’t know him. The SM boss has been in touch since Shatta invited him to be a part of PulseTurnUp.
“Shatta Wale was the reason for Alkaline’s addition on Pulse Concert. We are glad real fans of dancehall do not believe anything they read on social media.”
