The CEO of Lynx entertainments, sound engineer and Singer, Richie Mensah famously known in the Entertainment world as Richie, thinks that a record label has no future without talented musicians and a great management.
As stated by the “Yaro’’hitmaker, entertainment industry can’t survive if there are no experienced, first-class and talented people to support the record Label.
Richie, who has a lot of hit tracks to his credit like Yaro, Frema, Intoxicated with Sway and many more, in an interview, clearly spoke his heart out.
Heaccentuated that a record label needs, at least, three things to be stable, which he said include best management, exceptional talents, and discipline.
Moreover he pointed that, a record label needs an artist who is sure about the uniqueness of his or her music and knows what type of music they are going to make.
Also to the issue of good managements, he showed grief over the problem of having a team with unique marketing skills to propel the songs to the greater audience.
He also gave advice to the upcoming and aspiring artists that they must have a unique image that can represent them and also an order that will take their career to the higher level.
