Ghanaian veteran comedian, Bishop Bob Okala died on the last Sunday, 13th of March, 2016 at the Eastern Regional Koforidua Hospital after he fell down in front of an audience on stage during his performance at a concert at the Koforidua Jackson Park, which was sponsored by Joy Herbal Industries.
Entertainer Ghana Boy has reported that the “One Week” festivity of the expired referred to, in private life, as Samuel Kwadwo Buabeng is slated till 1st of April, 2016 Friday at the Center for National Culture (Arts Center) in Accra.
In an interview with Christian Agyei Frimpong, Ghana boy revealed on radio station in Accra that Bishop Bob Okala, who passed away at age of 59, was a very modest man who gave respect to both young and old.
Okala was the greatest comedian in Ghana; he brought smiles on the faces of several people. Ghanaians can never forget the best entertainer, many celebrities and public figures including President of Ghana paid touchy tributes to the dead one.
The demise of incredible entertainer is very shocking to all and it’s a very big hit for the entertainment industry. Comedian will stay in our hearts and prayers forever.
