After the release of his last album dubbed “Azonto Pandemic” in year 2012, award-winning hip life musician, Czar has discussed why he disappeared for four years and now making a comeback with a track titled “Sorry”.
“Sorry”, which is the single of his upcoming album, features Luther and was composed by Nero Steger.
Czar has five albums to his credits, the albums are titled “Afei na Maba (2000),Sumsum Sofo(2003), Araba Lawson(2006), Mercy Lokko(2008) and Azonto Pandemic(2012)”.
As stated by Czar, the reason behind his success in the music industry is just that he does not release albums in a hurry; he takes his time to create good music.
“Being away from the music scene didn’t mean I was just sleeping and eating, you know when you are making music and take a break, it helps you to produce something greater and more amazing.”
Let’s talk about Bandana who is now known as Shatta Wale, he also took a break for several years and now when he is back, he is being considered as Ghana’s hottest artist.
That is the thing with music, you need to take a break and analyze so many things before you release, that is why I have won awards and have never given single flop in my career,” Czar said.
Talking about his new single “Sorry”, Czar hinted that it is the title of his upcoming album and he is going to release the tracks on the album one after the other in every three months.
Czar, privately known as Augustine Osei Owusu advised musicians not to be in a hurry to release songs.
