Ghanaian on-screen character, Michael Attram

Ghanaian on-screen character, Michael Attram has bagged the ‘best male supporting actor’ award at the Utah Films Awards 2016 in the United States of America on the last Friday.

He won the award for his breathtaking performance in the movie ‘Freetown’; a film which is around six Liberian ministers in Monrovia who were gotten amidst a fierce civil war. His performance in this movie was just amazing and worth award winning.

Moreover, he beat out great on-screen characters; Liam Bui (Just Let Go), Nathan Stevens (The Cokeville Miracle) and Jasen Wade (Miracle Maker) for the award, and likewise becoming the first Ghanaian on-screen character to win the Utah Film award.

He was nominated for the award, together with Henry Adofo another Ghanaian great on-screen character who played the lead role in the ‘Freetown’ film.

Award winning Michael Attram is a model, who has recently started acting and taking different roles, the Freetown film is his first major production.

He substantiated himself as a passionate on-screen character who takes his work seriously and who charms groups of onlookers with his sheer vicinity and steely depiction of the character. No big surprise, he has bagged the Utah as well as the United States.
