Veteran actor, William Addo has undergone eye surgery on Thursday 7 April, 2016.
Sounding very perky, the sixty-six-year-old “Akpatse”, told Dr. Who, host of hot and classic showbiz review on Hot 93.9 FM in Accra that he has with success undergone his expected eye surgery.
“I convey my all thanks to God for my triumphant surgery. It was done at the inter-star eye clinic and laser center at Osu close to the recent American Embassy” He told Dr. Who.

He added, “I can wish to take this chance to convey all my heartly thanks to those who paid the requisite amount for the surgery. I convey them all my wishes for the great love shown to me.
William Addo, few weeks before told to some of media sources that he was step by step losing his sight as a results of eye disease and cataract, thus, he required immediate care or would lose his sight.
