Ghanaian rap god, Sarkodie claims that his hit single, titled ‘New Guy’ is one of his record breaking songs in which he featured American artist, Ace Hood.
After completing four successful studio albums and numerous hit singles which are uncountable to his credit, also won international awards 2 times, Africa winner at the Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards, Born Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie is looking forward for a success of his new song.
In spite of many assertions by numerous that the single couldn’t stand the time consideration test at the buildup preceding and after the launch of hit single, but the hit-maker of Illuminati thinks something else.
Sark revealed in an interview with NY DJ in breakfast show on Kumasi based radio station that his song ‘New Guy’ stays as a major heart-satisfying project and it hits the major impact he needed.
He said, “That is one of my greatest music records ever, lyrics, the music itself, each and every thing, I just love this to the core of my heart. I don’t produce singles supposing this must be a hit. Basically, I do music in view of how I feel from my heart that is ordinarily ‘New Guy’. This song resembles a heart satisfying sort of record and especially to me, I think it really hit the significant effect that I needed it to hit and I hope my fans would love it.”
His hit single, ‘New Guy’ was released in last year, June and has got over more than one million views on YouTube.
