Ghanaian professional boxer turned musician, Braimah Kamoko, better known as Bukom Banku in boxing, has dropped a remix version of ‘Brother Brother’ one of the hit songs by Bisa Kdei and is encouraging Ghana’s President John Dramani Mahama to make this song as his campaign song.

Bukum Banku sings this by using rhythm of ‘Brother Brother’ about the achievements of President Mahama in the previous three years in his context. His main emphasis is on good roads and for proving better transport facility, also on solving the issue of electricity in the country.

In an exclusive interview with Media News, the boxer turned artist said that he needs President John Mahama and his ruling political party, National Democratic Congress (NDC) to make the remix their campaign song in the upcoming elections, November .

Bukom Banku told TV presenter, Owusu Worae that, “I guarantee you that this remix is a hit. This is a campaign theme song I want to present to President Dramani Mahama since he is like my father and I really want him to make this music as a campaign theme for the election.”

At the point when he was asked whether he took permission from the highlife musician, Bisa Kdei to use his song’s rhythm, Bukom Banku replied in the negative, however said he trusts the hitmaker of Mansa would not mind that and he don’t have an issue with it.

He said, “Bisa Kdei is my closest friend in the music industry so in the event that he hears that I used his song’s rhythm to accomplish something he wouldn’t stress. We are all famous men as Bisa Kdei is also famous and I am a major prevalent and everyone knows that ‘Brother Brother’ beat is by him so he wouldn’t stress over me utilizing his beat.”
