Dzifa Gomashie, Dept Minister of Tourism, Culture & Creative Arts has praised the Ghanaian beauty queen, Rebecca Asamoah who was crowned Miss Africa Continent, on Saturday April 30.
Ghanaian beauty queen made Ghana proud after winning title from 11 finalists drawn from an original list of forty participants from throughout the continent in the inaugural pageant at Johannesburg’s Gold Reef City casino.
The 24-year-old, Miss Ghana 2015 2nd runner up becomes the first lady in history to be crowned Miss Africa Continent ahead of Zambian participant, Michelo Malambo who ranked second and South Africa’s Jemimah Kandimiri who ranked third.
