Kontihene
Ghanaian Hiplife artist, Kontihene has stabbed fellow musician of 5five music group, Pappy for insulting him at a music festival soundcheck held few years back, on today’s radio show, which is hosted by Dr. Cann.
Actually Kontihene was there in the studios for promoting his new hit song “Omaame, Opaapa” and to discuss few things about that. But instead of doing so he finished with refreshing an old issue he had with Pappy (55) though that was settled down between the two, but Pappy was under the management of CEO of Bullhaus Entertainment, Bulldog.
Konithene said with rude words on radio channel that he is one of the best musicians in entire Africa.
KontiHENE stated that I have a long history with artist manager, Bulldog. It I don’t forget, it was the same time when Pappy was under his management. And I was doing soundcheck on the event’s stage, and some bands-men had a private issue and were mischievous with each other during the rehearsal.
He proceeded, and sometimes later I came to know that they were fighting over a girl, as she was a girlfriend of one and the other snatched her now. Also, I later realized that music group 5Five should practice after I wrapped up. Pappy of 5Five group, I don’t think he can do music once more. He is exceptionally dumb guy. The thing music is not for him. He recalled the entire incident.
After he finished blasting Pappy, Lamentable for the ‘Legend’; the then manager of the music group, Bulldog was in the radio studio and couldn’t either remain calm reacted with the now well known motto, “WMT” live on the radio.
Bulldog responded very sadly, “I’m truly hurt with all these rude comments and I am touch by the words of Kontihene, even he has no hit singles when compared with five5’s hit track, titled ‘Mujey Baya’. The truth of the matter is that without a doubt I’m not managing 55 currently, however I consider Papy to be my child and feels the torment exacted on him by Kontihene. As dancehall artist, Shatta Wale utilized as a part of his music, Kontihene, ‘Wo Maame Tw’.”
