Ghanaian topmost actress Juliet Ibrahim arranged a Kidney Awareness walk to mark the World Kidney Day and to raise the awareness about the importance of kidneys, reduce the occurrences and impacts of kidney diseases and all other related health problems.
Juliet Ibrahim is leading this Kidney Awareness campaign and walking through the main streets of Accra the capital of Ghana.
The purpose of this walk is to aware the masses of the Ghana about the Kidney related issues to join the international health awareness campaign.
Juliet who has enthusiastically pronounced about the need for people to be more aware and conscious of the disease and its syndromes revealed on the Media that she experienced the deaths of her two aunties who died due to the failure of their kidneys.
The World Kidney Day is marked annually on the second Thursday of the March. Kidney diseases are observed one of the speedily growing diseases in the United Kingdom. Kidney disease is different from its popular belief that it cannot be cured, only treated.
