Ghanaian singer, Mzbel
Award winning Ghanaian singer, Nana Ekua Amoah better known as Mzbel in showbiz has finally responded to the statement made by fellow musician Petra a week ago.
In an interview with radio host, ‘This thing’ singer said she doesn’t know Petra, who is she? She is just using my name to get fame.
According to reports earlier this week, Petra said in an interview that she did not know who Mzbel is whether she was a musician or a politician.
She stated this when host of the entertainment show asked her to name her favorite Ghanaian songstress from a list that included Becca, Tiffany, MzVee and Mzbel.
Petra said she really didn’t know about Mzbel, and said Tiffany and Becca must stay aware of the times. She also expressed her wish to work with BET nominee MzVee.
Now ‘Baby Turn Me on’ hit-maker responded to all this issue and said she just saw tweets of her and Petra, people are talking about but she doesn’t know her.
She said, “I don’t know her. I don’t even know what’s going on. I saw tweets about me and her and I got confused but I guess she just wants to use my name to trend.”
After this statement of singer, many Ghanaians are speculating that the next beef in entertainment industry would be of these two musicians.
