High-life musician Wisa Greid
The famous singer, Wisa Greid has thrown shorts at fellow musicians including VVIP, D-Black and 4×4 by saying that they are doing senseless songs.
As everyone can observe that it’s becoming trend in Ghana to disrespect associate musicians. As we can remember Joe Frazier called his associates Stay Jay, Atumpan and Nana Boroo irrelevant singers indicating that Ghanaians are not more interested in their Azonto music style.
In an interview Wisa indicated that the singers related to new generation want to attain reputation within the shortest imaginable time so they do not take their time to work on their melodies.
Further he questioned that why such legendary musicians like VVIP, D-Black and 4×4 who are already well establish and got huge fame are adopting the style of new musicians who release song whatever just to win the hearts of Ghanaians.
He narrated that:
‘But I just do not comprehend why grown-ups like D Black, VVIP, 4X4 who are masters in the game would be doing songs like. They have been so long in the system, they should be doing levelheaded songs, they should not be doing songs like we the youngsters. VVIP should by now be doing sensible melodies.’
