Shatta Wale
The dance-hall champion, Shatta Wale has considered the use of his song ‘Mahama Paper’ on such huge platform of governing party NDC as God’s miracle.
The award winning musician clarified that if first gentle man of land is dancing on his song it means it is big lift to his musical career.
‘The use of my song as the official crusade song of the NDC is one of the wonders of God. If I’ve played a song and the President who is ruling Ghana is using it for his crusade then I don’t have a problem with that.’
As it is crystal clear that NDC is using song of Shatta Wale as official campaign track. Many claimed that he sold his song to NDC but he refused all that claims by saying that such song was for his fans and he never sold his song to any political party.
He clarified that he is doing his job and if the NPP called him to perform at their function he will definitely do it. He said he will not pressurize his fans to vote for any particular party because votes lie with the people and people should decide themselves that who is better for them.
