The reality show star, Michael Kesse Frimpong popularly known as Kesse has disclosed that Mark Okraku Mantey tried to dishearten him from competing in the reality show. Further he said he eventually ended up the show with winning trophy.
‘Mark Okraku Mantey told me to go and discover something better to do, because I wasn’t appropriate for the competition. I never gave up, endured focused and went ahead to win the race.’
Kesse came in lame light after winning season 4 of reality show known as Mentor. He also appeared in Season 2 of Fame West Africa. Although, he didn’t set the first place for him but he was declared as first runner-up.
Further he sustained that he went back to legendary musician, Mantey to introduce himself as the young man he once disheartened, but said Mark claimed that he did that to put him on his toes.
‘I can tell you his censure actually helped me and I escalate it.’
The raising star said that he will always be thankful to his mentor, Ndwomtofohene Nana Kwame Ampadu who summoned him personally to his house and fortified him to focus on particular genre, of music ‘high-life’.
