Legendary musician, Atumpan
The well-known high-life musician of Ghana, Atumpan unveiled that although he moved from Ghana to London but he is still present in music scene.
The musician in his least interview on radio revealed the reason behind his migration to the UK. He exposed that he is currently a father of two kids which is the biggest reason why he has moved from Ghana.
It is a fact that before migration he was considered among the highest paid musicians in Ghana. He also established hit songs in his era.
During interview he also illumined the fact that how his fan following reduced this much. He disclosed that:
‘The fans and Ghanaians, in common, don’t feel your impact as an artist when you don’t truly live in the country.’
He said he has taken the chance of being close to his family to also do his music as he trusted in the end, every local artist is keen on going intercontinental.
He added that the world has become global village, every song he do is online. He has been doing music till date. He said he is very blessed right now. He is happy with where he found himself.
