The Ghanaian rap doctor, Okyeame Kwame encouraged all Ghanaians including political front-runners, establishments and the general public to promote peace incoming general elections.
He also unveiled that he travel across the world and during his career when he met international stars they tag Ghana as peaceful country.
‘Throughout my musical profession, foreign stars I have met positively assert Ghana is known for peace, so let’s try to sustain its tag upon us.’
During show he reflected his love for his country. He said he does not want to turn into an immigrant, thus, Ghanaians must endure to preach peace ahead of the elections.
While, discussing his motivation he said his greatest source of motivation originated from the testimonies that he received from his fans for song he has enthused.
‘People listen to my music to dance, but they also want music that will tell them that, yes! It will be alright, to calm their souls.’
Many industrial players endorsed their favorite political party incoming elections of 2016. On other hand, many artists have embarked crusades on the need for peace. They believed that the tension is building up towards the December polls and during this period peace is necessary element for Ghana.
