Ghanaian high-life artist, Kaakyire Kwame Appiah
The legendary hip-life musician, Kaakyire Kwame Appiah declared his support for the chairperson of leading opposition party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in coming general elections of 2016.
While reflecting his opinion about Mahama-led National Democratic Congress (NDC) government he unveiled that the bad polices had distorted original Ghanaian trade and enterprises. His words are mentioned below:
‘Harsh economic policies and programs have collapsed indigenous Ghanaian businesses and creativities. Delays on the part of the President and his appointees have also contributed to the miseries of Ghanaians. Most of our agencies and institutions are failing as a result.’
The musician who strongly supported the ideology of the opposition party, NPP called on Ghanaians to vote massively for Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and NPP.
According to him:
‘I therefore compulsion every Ghanaian who wishes to see Ghana work again to lend me his or her support to help Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo win the 2016 election.’
Kaakyire is not the first one to declare his political support. Many celebrities of Ghana supported the vision of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo that change is coming. On other hand many celebrities believed in Mahama vision that change already exist.
