Veteran actor Katawere dead
Kumawood is the local movie industry which has been thrown in a shock and anxiety following the sudden death of veteran actor, Ebenezer Donkor, who is generally known as Katawere.
According to the sources, the actor died on Monday morning after fighting an unidentified disease for the last 2 years.
As, the late Katawere, was 78 years old and was commonly known for the popular ‘Efiewura’ which is a television series and has also performs in many local movies. No doubt, he was a great actor of Ghana.
Sources said that movie producers and some some actors have paid great tribute to the late actor labeling him as a top legend.
Paul Agyei is the Chief Executive Officer of Paul Gee Production, who narrates the late actor as modest and dutiful to his carrier.
He further added that, the sudden death of Katawere has generated a space in the movie industry and will always be remembered in Kumawood.
