It was said to be a gathering for all candidates for the 7th edition of the Ghana Movie Awards and some of the designated actors were thinking to turn up for the great event but that was not the case- inappropriately.
As this term, media noted that, if the top stars do not expose at the special event are a preview of what will emerge at the main event, then the organizers need to re-direct for the main show with regards to sponsorship.
Held at the sites of the main sponsors of the Awards, Zylofon Media Company –many of the top actors were unsuccessful to expose for some secret reasons.
According to the sources, some top actors like Jackie Appiah, Yvonne Okoro, Joselyn Dumas, Yvonne Nelson and many other A-list actors were out of the seen.
In a well-organized event, a few actors like Jesse Williams, Elikem, Kalybos, Moesha Budoung, Too Sweet Annan, Fred Amugi, Christabel Ekeh, Akorfa Asiedu, Henry Adofo and as well as Director Kofi Asamoah were also present at the event.
Fred Nuamah, who is the CEO of the Ghana Movie Awards, stayed for some time and left before the event finished.
Hence, the administration of the Zylofon Media Company was also present on the occasion and keep on the entire period of the event.
According to the sources,the 7th edition of the awards is planned to come off at the Kempinksi Hotel, on December 4, 2016.
