The 7th Ghana Movie Awards (GMA) is to be held today at the Kempinski Hotel, Accra. Zylofon Media’s CEO has said that the carpet will start from 7:30 to 8:30 pm; and the main event will be starting at 9:00 pm.

Enoch Atakorah, Head of Production at Zylofon Media says that the 7th edition is going to be the best organised event in the history of the Movie Awards although they came on board on a very short notice yet they are making dire efforts to make this event the best ever as it is Ghana’s authentic movie awards.
The stars would be entertained by variety of humorous comedians from Uganda and various musicians from all over Africa.
He further added that they intended to give cash and saloon cars to the winners of this year but didn’t get enough time to make proper arrangements for this and hence it will be done in the 2017 awards.
In this years awards Kalosume Sinare’s production “Sala” has got highest number of nominations which are almost 15.
