Nursing as a Kaakie’s Backup Plan – Samini

Samini, a Ghanaian dancehall artiste has said Kaakie’s flourishing musical career will not allow her serve as a practising nurse.

Her fans celebrated Kaakie as a powerful voice and a matchless dancehall performer who achieved to combine music with her nursing education. She is now a BSC in Nursing – Midwifery, from University of Ghana, Legon.

In an interview on Starr FM, Kaakie disclosed she felt happy about “earning a degree” but doubted her availability to practice.

“I love music, right now I just want to focus on music. My energy and everything will be put on that track.”

Ahead of the diva’s ‘High Grade Family’ Samini strongly agrees with that point.

He added, the dancing queen still has a lot to achieve.

“In my point of view she is not going to be a nurse, she is an actively an artiste and that’s what we are working at.”

The hitmaker ‘Linda’ in an interview with StarrFMonlline.com said he always boosted the confidence in his “small sister”- Kaakie to focus and earn the degree. So whenever she needs a break from music it could be her backup plan.

“It’s good that studies should be finished, if you are getting bored with everyone in your face and you want to relax, take that as a backup plan and say let me just take care of people and be a sweet nurse in some corner” he added.

Samini also stated on the Kaakie-MzVee comparison, saying she will always be a senior to all other female dancehall acts.
