Bill Asamoah, Chairman of the Ghana Actors Guild, Ashanti Region
The chairman of the Ghana Actors Association, Ashanti Regional branch, Mr Bill Asamoah was absent at the association’s national general meeting in Accra on the 16th February 2017.
The meeting which was occurred in Accra, at the MUSIGA Head Office was to sit on a roundtable to talk about the progress of the association and its way forward.
According to the sources, some prominent faces at the meeting were, Bismark The Joke, Mr Akonu Dake, Ekow Smith Asante, Mr Frank Idan, Akorfa among other actors through the different areas of Ghana.
Although, the special guest speaker at the meeting was the honourable Nana Oduro Boateng, the Chief Director of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture.
Moreover, the reason for the Mr Asamoah’s rejection is presently not known. The media is working vigorously around the clock to get to the end of the report.
