The dancehall diva, MzVee broke silence on rising issue of fellow musician, Wanlov De Kubolo’s mean comments.
Earlier Wanlov De Kubolo stated that the dancehall musician, MzVee did not deserve ‘Artiste of the year’ nomination for this year’s Ghana Music Awards. His statement ultimately became top trend on social media that’s why she came in ground to clear the air.
She appeared in an interview and stated that she did more than enough in the year under review so her nomination for the final award should not surprise people. She added that she wasn’t surprised when her name appeared in the category of ‘Artiste of the Year.’
Few of her words are mention as below:
‘During the festive season, I was on every stage. Before that I had my own show and even before that, I was doing my high school tour. Before that was BET and before that was Ghana Music Awards. I’ve been taking awards and I’ve been doing many things to make my fans happy.’
In the end of her interview she stated that people who didn’t agree with her statement many not aware of her hard work. She added that along with criticism people also pray for her success.
