Gospel musician, Piesie Esther
The popular gospel musician, Piesie Esther openly declared that from now she will charge money before delivering any performance in church.
She made this announcement at a gospel entertainment countdown show. She added that now she will mention an amount of money that pastors will pay before her performance.
The journalist of show asked her why she made such announcement. In answer she said that in the past anytime pastors invited her to minister at their churches, she was always disappointed with the amount of money involved especially when she had made it clear to the man of God of coming with her entire team.
Further she revealed that she appear on stage with number of supporting vocalists. Many instruments are also present there to support her performance. It’s clear that all these things cost an amount. So it’s also another reason of her announcement.
The gospel musician has released four albums. She also released hit songs like Me Nti Ase, Apae Amame and Ziba Beko has never been awarded at the VGMAs all these years. But she is optimistic that she will pick an award at the impending VGMAs with her latest track Agye Won Nsem.
