Ghanaian dancehall musician, Shatta Wale
The self-proclaimed dancehall champion, Charles Nii Armah famously known as Shatta Wale has openly declared that for him the young and talented musician, Medikal is artist of the year.
Last night the superstars of Ghanaian music world gathered on munch of Vodafone Ghana Music awards. Unfortunately, the young musician failed to win any of the awards.
After the results the legendary musician quickly opened his social media account to admire the young musician. His official statement is present as below:
‘Medikal is my artiste of the year .But pls doesn’t follow these foolish artistes to go for certain programs. Be you!!!Do ur ting. Bless.’
It’s not only Shatta Wale who is protesting on such issue. The social media is full of such comments. People are curious to know that why the musician failed to win even single award.
Medikal was one of the many artistes who were tipped to win many awards especially new artiste of the year. But to the surprise of many, he could not win at least one of the seven categories he was nominated in.
Fans and media are curious that why the young musician is still silent on such serious issue.
