One of the most popular showbiz icons of Ghana Mikki Osei Berko who is also known as Master Richard has been nominated in upcoming award show for the best actor in supporting role.
He is nominated for the award for the film ‘When Love comes around’. The awards, NAFCA 2015 will be held at Beverly Hills, California, USA.
The Annual award NAFCA is also known as Nollywood and African film Critics. The Organizers told that this will held on September 12 at the place of Legendary Orpheum Theatre, Los Angeles, USA.
All persons who are busy to entertain the world and contribute to increase the level of entertainment are rewarded in such type of award shows.
Mikki Osei Berko received a letter from the organizers on July 7, 2015. In the letter Mikki was congratulated for having great success and for the best performance in Ghanaian films.
It was clear from the letter that the organizing committee at their recent selection meeting had decided to select Mikki Osei Berko as a nominee of the best hero of the films from Africa and Ghana.
He appeared as Dada Boat in most popular television series ‘taxi driver’ in Ghana.
Mikki also worked in a private radio station in Accra, name of the radio station was Radio Gold which is a part of ‘Knete Radio’ an online radio station of Pan-African operators from United Kingdom.
