Ras Kuuku
Kofi B is the Ghanaian Hip life artist. Kofi B has admired his team mate Raggae/Dancehall act, Ras Kuuku. Kofi expressed that Ras is a versatile musician, thus the media and Ghanaians should give him more consideration.
Singer Koforidua Flowers describing on meeting and working with the Reggae star for the first time stated that, when his team came to me and it was shown that they wanted me on a song. Then I asked which artiste do they want me to feature? They answered Ras Kuuku. Kofi B stated that he was like Ras Kuuku, Ras Kuuku, He had heard his name but he was not conversant with his songs. Then one of the team members expressed the Adi3 b3 Kyi hit maker. I was like yeah yeah sensible song also.
Hence, I asked, what do you want me in a Reggae song? Then they answered that it was not Reggae with it’s strictly highlife.
Kofi B stated that I demanded that the song should be played and when I was hearing the song, I was just shocked. I did not only listen to his poetry.
Kofi says that I noticed what I listened was just a tip of an iceberg.I was really shocked that a Reggae/Dancehall performer could sing pure highlife.
According to Kofi,Ras Kuuku is a versatile artist.
