Jupiter is the Africa’s fastest rising Reggae and dancehall actor. In showbiz circle, he is popularly known as Jupitar and also known as De General. He has stated that I don’t know of any Creative Arts Ministry in the country and he desire that he was a musician in another place.
According to him, our industry is motionless and sometimes when I think about it, I feel that I am not a musician in my country but in another place.
He expressed that according to my knowledge, there is no any creative arts ministry but if it exists then the creative arts ministry is not in effect. He further stated that anyone who is running it, he is not pushing it well.
Speaking on live television that the Genius Selections dancehall act further make known it is sad and very disturbing to know that Ghana has no interest in showbiz.
According to him the government only participates and pays consideration to football and politics ignoring the arts industry.
He stated that some of them artists are doing their moment to put Ghana on the world map musically and that if they should have that from government, then the arts industry will move far.
De General declared that his upcoming project with Samini titled’ Go low’ which he will be discharging the video appealing soon alongside some other schemes.
