Hip-life star and CEO of Mad Time Entertainment, Emmanuel Botchey, alias Kwaw Kesse, has projected the bad image of the Musician Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) by saying that it is the most purposeless institution established ever in Ghana.
As per him, the Union, which is headed by Obuor does not have such hearts which can work the welfare of Ghanaian artists.
While Speaking on radio channel show hosted by DJ Candy Man Friday, Kwaw Kese, an avowed critic of Obuor, reported that MUSIGA and its president take money from sponsors and give nothing to musicians and that he (Kwaw Kese) himself is a victim of such corrupt. act.
He stated he does not pay dues to MUSIGHA due to its corrupt nature.
He said he does not pay dues because the music industry is poor and there’s nothing they (MUSIGA) have done which benefits him.
