Ghanaian rap god, Sarkodie
The popular media house, Zylofon opened that if they get Sarkodie on bill, they will definitely think about it.
Further they clarified that media house can sign any other artiste if they feel it will be a good thing to do. Read the statement as below:
‘It’s a decision at a point in time we will make if the need arises. Of course, if leaders one day decide that, now looking at the drive, looking at the next destination if we get Sarkodie on the bill it is going to be in our favor, we will think about Sarkodie.’
This was in response to question as to whether Zylofon Media is planning to sign the Boss of Sarkcess Music. Zylofon Media, last year signed arguably most of the top musicians in Ghana.
Some of the signed artistes include; the BET award winner, Stonebwoy, Becca, Kumi Guitar, Joyce Blessing and recent storm taking signing of the Dancehall King Shatta Wale among others totalling twelve the number of artistes on the Label.
Sarkodie is one of the most successful Ghanaian artistes with huge international fan base and recognition as compared to his peers in the industry.
With his record label Sarkcess Music, he has signed and helped groom numerous underground artists bringing them to the mainstream.
