Ghanaian self-acclaimed dancehall king, Shatta Wale
The self-acclaimed dancehall champion, Charles Nii Armah Mensah better known as Shatta Wale requested first gentleman of land to hashtag Gringo.
According to Shatta, many state ministers are jamming to his latest ‘banging’ song, therefore the President must take some off from his busy schedule and wine down with his ‘Gringo’.
In a twitter comment, the SM boss said:
‘Honorable ministers are saying #Gringo Mr President @NAkufoAddo can you please in the name of the Lord hashtag #Gringo? You have worked so much your Excellency! You need it. God bless you God bless Ghana.’
Shatta Wale’s ‘Gringo’ and its accompanying video has sparked some conversation on social media with mix reaction from music lovers. However, the controversial music video has crossed over 700,000 views on YouTube in just one week.
President Nana Akufo-Addo last year extended invitation via social media to the controversial dancehall artiste to visit him at the Jubilee House on the occasion of his birthday.
