The prince of dancehall music, Stonebwoy clarified that he had no issue with Nana Appiah Mensah.
Stonebwoy is alleged to have recently asked some event organizers to pull down all Zylofon paraphernalia before agreeing to perform.
Right after that, Artistes manager at Zylofon, Lawrence Asiamah popularly known as Bulldog stormed Champs Bar in Accra to allegedly retrieve Zylofon-branded cars from Stonebwoy but the story didn’t end on a good note, resulting in gunshots from some elements in Stonebwoy’s camp.
The clashes heightened allegations that Stonebwoy was readying himself to leave Zylofon music but the rumours were quenched when Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale and the CEO of Zylofon music paid a courtesy call on Otumfuo Osei Tutu in a Zylofon convoy, showing that at least all was well at the Zylofon camp.
But Stonebwoy has asked people who may want to patronise his service to do so through his manager, BlakkCedi and not through Zylofon Music.
‘If you need me to work with, you can contact my manager, Blakk Cedi and my team will take care of it. They are responsible for me. They cater and manage my day-to-day activities…’
Stonebwoy also rubbished perceptions that he doesn’t see eye-to-eye with the CEO of Zylofon, Nana Appiah Mensah.
‘No Single disrespect to Nana Appiah Mensah…may he grow to be older and wiser. I have no problem with him. The truth is one.’
