The internationally celebrated gospel musician, Ohemaa Mercy revealed that they worked for the Lord.
In a chat with media, one of Ghana’s most successful Gospel musicians stated that she charges for shows she is billed to perform on since sound engineers demand and promoters demand payment for works done for her.
When asked if it is wrong for a Christian to be wealthy, Ohemaa Mercy replied:
‘There’s nothing wrong with it because silver and gold belongs to God. It glorifies God. If you see me driving my Range Rover Sport, it is God who has made it so.’
Ohemaa Mercy and husband, Isaac Twum-Ampofo said they own a magnificent mansion at Celebrity Hills, a Range Rover, G-Wagon and other fleet of cars.
‘When you do the work of God with all sincerity and make impact, make sure that your heart is for the fact that people will be blessed by what God has given through you and when that is done God will also cause the same people you minister to and are blessed to be a blessing to you.’
