A person who has been stunned by the professional crafted makeup looks of some of the great stars in West Africa are seeing the samples of Sandra Don Arthur of Alexandrina an amazing ‘Makeup Artistry’, whose work on super stars as like Juliet Ibrahim, Efya, Jackie Appiah and Joselyn Dumas have propelled her to become one of the ‘go to’ makeup artists.
Sandra said, she loves the challenge of taking the look she had in her mind and also elevating this look to the next level by doing something really gorgeous and special.
There is nothing better than seeing your client satisfied with her look and the work you have done to bring out their inside beauty, Sandra added.

Her work has spread across advertising campaigns, editorial shoots and primetime TV shows that broadcast internationally, after studying at Mink Cosmetics in London.
Sandra’s latest accomplishment has been her appointment as a member of ‘Maybelline New York’, it is a partnership that carries over to her involvement in hosting ‘Makeup Diaries’ Africa’s first dedicated ‘Makeup TV Show’, showing on DSTV across 46 countries in partnership with ‘Maybelline’.
However, her main aim as a member of the Board of Influencers is to make a positive effect on what Maybelline great work doing in Ghana by influencing what is done to tailor the products to the African market and bring something fresh and lovely to makeup artistry.
She said that due to her work with ‘Makeup Diaries’ she feels like she is the part of the bigger picture of ‘influencing the Maybelline’ brand and taking it to a new level in Ghana and other great markets. It is awesome to have celebrities as clients.
Sandra has a great sense of humor with that keen eye and innate understanding of colors and techniques have led her to work with some of the industry’s great and having the position of the head makeup artist on famous television series as like ‘At Home with Joselyn Dumas’ or ‘Jim Iyke Unscripted’ and ‘Dzigbordi Show’ which can be seen daily across the continent as well as across Canada and the Europe.
At the end she said that she feels incredibly lucky and blessed to have been given these mind blowing opportunities, she added, she tries to make the most of each and every opportunity presented to her and have so much fun always, When she look to the future, she is hoping for pan African success with global recognition.
