Lydia Forson is an award winning Ghanaian actress, writer, and producer. In 2010 she won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a leading role.
Actress, Lydia Forson in her typical mocking self has taken to her blog to expressions of grief about President Mahama. She expressed with sorrow that she had not been part of the President’s list of favorite actresses in Ghana.
His Excellency, President John Dramani Mahama mentioned in his recent interview that John Dumelo is his favorite actor. In the reaction of this declaration, experienced the displeasure of popular actress Yvonne Nelson.
The both hit actresses Forson and Nelson, have in recent times criticize on the President for what they say. They stated that the President is not doing enough to category the economic miseries of the country at the same time as Dumelo had highly praised the president for trying.
In the opinion of some people is that the President is being careful of earlier circumstances.

According Forson “I’m very upset that I didn’t make it on President Mahama’s list. I’m despairing even. Irrespective of our personal issues I still watch and enjoy him on TV when he comes on. She questioned Why, why why?
I can’t eat, sleep or even manage to afford myself out of bed because of this. I don’t desire this kind of despair on anyone. I’m even losing weight over it….ok, that’s a propaganda, my butts not going anywhere. But I’ve never felt so rejected. Anyway, it’s fine, I know my broken heart will be alright. She further added that One day someone will come along and tell me I’m their favorite actress.
President Mahama exposed that he favors Ghanaian movies to Nigeria movies. He further added that he only watches Ghanaian movies on board the Presidential Jet. He mentioned that Bernard Nyarko, Agya Koo, Kyeiwaa, Emilia Brobbey, Jackie Appiah, and John Dumelo as his favourite movie stars.
