Obour is the President of MUSIGA. Mr. Ben Asare who is a physical fitness instructor of Obour. He has declared that Bice Osei-Kuffour is an extremely overweight person.
He made this statement after a body physique index checkup passed out during the presentation of the rapper known as Obour’s Fit-in-6 reality show.
The General Manager of Pulse Fitness Centre expressed that for Obour’s height, he was supposed to have a BMI below 33 to be just obese. “BMI 35.3 is fat times two and a severe health danger”.
Obour, who weighs 100kg, had a nonstandard body fat of 32.3. Obour stated that two months ago, he weighed 113kg, so 100kg was a great progress, but the well-built fitness trainer narrated that, “Obour needs to lose 30 more kilos and weigh 70 kilos before he could be called a healthy person”.
Obour discussed with the procedure of measurement of the fitness Centre, the Fit-in-6 team have engaged to help him drop weight.
He expressed that he weighed 98 kilos only two days ago the day of the presentation so the scale’s 100kg reading was incorrect.
He, however, agreed that he needed an energetic fitness command to get healthy. The fitness command, which will recognize for a reality show to be called Fit-in-6, will emphasis the first two weeks on Obour’s cardio system to make his body for the heavy task gaining.
The early days of the 6-month’s program will contain Obour hitting the fitness center for two times a week, then increase to three times and then to more times with time.
The manager of the fitness center positioned in the World Trade Centre and Lizzy’s Sports Complex stated that, as part of the fitness movement, a blood test will be done on Obour to regulate the best eating practice for him.
The Project Manager for the Fit-in-6 project, Nayasad, said the reality show angle was to produce a platform for a discussion on healthy living among the early stages.
From next week, the show will start shooting. It will be produced by web and media house, BlooSpidaz and Obour’s record label. Family Tree Entertainment in link with entertainment TV station and also Fitness Centre.
