Knii Lante
Knii Lante is a popular Ghanaian Singer. Knii Lante born Nii Okunka Blankson who also doubles as a medical Doctor has advised Ghanaians to stop putting a needless burden on our leaders to extraordinarily progress Ghana over a short time.
Knii Lantey who was talking in an emotional performance of Osibisa’s classic hit “Woyaya” on Sunday August 30, 2015.He used the lyrics of the song to refer his message through the inside King Solomon Gardens at Dansoman in Accra,
“We are going; paradise knows where we are going and we will absolutely get there. He stated that ‘Let’s stop putting pressure on our leaders’. We need to study just how to crawl before we walk.
Let’s discontinue assertive our leaders to do difficult things within a very short time. It acquired over 100 years for the greatest country in the world. America to become a settled country so let’s be enduring on our leaders. Yes! It will be hard, we know and the road will be mud-covered and unclear, but we’ll get there”.
Without mention to any specific leader, he expressed that we as Ghanaians should not only criticize our leaders, but should also do our part as nations to help grow Ghana.
The Sunday night, exciting performance was devoted to Osibisa and the performers on March past, sponsored by the Big Hills band, climbed with reggae styles of some songs made popular by the world-famous Afro-rock band directed by Teddy Osei.
The regular Live Covers program was started last July, as Knii Lante put it, “encourages reggae and rebrand it.”
The first version preserved music of the late Michael Jackson and it went fine. The night for Osibisa, though, was a huge blast with Knii Lante, Ras Boomba, Ruth Williams, Xali, Habiba, Black I and AJ Lyrics in the house to confess the great impact Osibisa has had about the world.
“We give thanks to Osibisa for pavement the way and we keep an eye on it.” That was how Knii Lante got records off on a very enjoyable evening full of joyful, determination and tight channels.The many actors performed Osibisa masterpieces such as Welcome Home, Sunshine Day, Adwoa, Celebration, Dance The Body Music, Superfly Man, Coffee Song and Woyaya.
