Ghanaian well-known songstress, Wendy Shay has finally talked about the constant public backlash that she has been receiving since the day she set foot in the music industry. According to the songstress, she is being criticized for no obvious reason since day one and it’s very unfair to her.
Wendy Shay calls upon all the Ghanaians to peace out and lets her grow especially those who think she took the place of late sensational act, Ebony Reigns’s place. She expressed the fact that she left Germany just to come back to her homeland and live a peaceful life. However, it seems far as Ghanaians have been backlashing her for her every move.
Wendy revealed that “Back in Germany, I was fighting the issue of racism so I thought coming home would have been the better choice but I was welcomed with all these things and at a point, I asked myself why me. I just didn’t get it, everything I do, people had issues with it.”
