Singer Promzy Afrika will drop a new single and introduces a new website next week.
This happens together with activities marking Dr Kwame Nkrumah’s birthday.
Titled “Is All About You”, the single will formally be released Monday, September 21, on the singer’s website, promzyafrika.com.
Music fans can also get copies of the song on iTunes, Google play, Amazon, YouTube, Spotify and Shazam between others.
The new song was recorded sometime in 2013 and structures the angelic voice of Ma Amanua of Wulomei, one of Ghana’s disremembered living legends.
Promzy devoted the song to Ma Amanua and music lovers across the world.
Growing up as a young boy, He was influenced by the attractive voice of Ma Amanua,. She and her group brought a huge consequence to Ghana’s music front and more covered the way for a bright future for Africa’s music.
The singer expressed that the song is also for all who stood by him through thick and thin; that they justify to have a closure to all the untrue stories concerning his disappearance from Vision in Progress (V.I.P) group.
He advised his supporters that they should not settle for a smaller amount, but look forward to great and classy music that will keep their dancing feet moving at all times.
Promzy, born Emmanuel Ababio, is known for his style as a rapper.
He is a previous member of the dissolved music group, VIP. Over the years, he composed with other group members, wowed music listeners across the USA, Nigeria and other countries with home country Ghana.
